Power App

The customer sees contracts, prices and electricity use in your app. They can also connect devices and use the services you offer for charging, power and heating.

Power Hub

Power Hub reads the electricity meter in real time. The customer sees what is happening at home and the control system gets current measurements to adjust charging when a compatible charger is connected.

Dashboard

Your team can look up customers, connected devices and settings. This gives customer service the context it needs before a case is handed over to Bitvis.

Control and automation

The customer chooses settings for the feature in use. Charging, power control and heating control have different choices in the app.

Power Flow keeps evolving after launch

Power Flow is developed continuously with new features and support for more devices. As a partner, you can share suggestions based on what you see among your customers. Bitvis remains responsible for setting priorities.

Power Flex when flexibility is part of the business

Power Flow provides the customer interface, measurement and control at home. When compatible resources are connected and the commercial and technical conditions are in place, Power Flex can use the same foundation for ancillary services or local flexibility. Power Flex is a separate service.
